According to a report shared on Wednesday, over 2.16 lakhs seasonal jobs will be available in the second half of 2025. That’s a 15 – 20 % increase compared to last year. The increase in hiring is primarily driven by sectors such as retail shops, online shopping platforms, delivery services, travel, hospitality, and FMCG.The report was released by workforce firm Adecco India. These jobs are expected to help businesses meet the high demand during festive sales and the wedding season.Hiring is already picking up pace as companies prepare for the upcoming rush.
